How they work:

• Once you purchase this class, you will receive an email containing a downloadable PDF file that contains all of the details to access your class.

• This email will expire after 24 hours, but once downloaded, the PDF and the class will be yours forever.

• You will be able to access the pre-recorded class through Vimeo, initially and on an ongoing basis using your PDF credentials.
